Roses
Roses are far easier to grow than in previous generations and there are many varieties available. Miniature These can be bought in small pots and transplanted in your garden. Very hardy, will grow well, and will often survive in less than ideal growing conditions. Climbing Fast growing vines that will need support, such as a trellis, arbor, fence or wall. Carpet These grow quickly, typically are three or four feet high, and are often covered in blooms. Hardy With a little mulching, these can survive and thrive in colder climates. Hybrid Tea Single long-stemmed varieties might be a little more difficult to grow, but are beautiful. Tree Grafted onto a tree, these are gorgeous. Peonies Peonies are a different kind of flower, but are beautiful in rose gardens, with large blooms.
